The use of this application (Omex) in a Discord server requires the collection of certain user and server data (“Data”). The Data collected may include, but is not limited to:
  • Discord user IDs
  • Guild (server) IDs
  • Channel IDs
  • Role IDs
By using Omex, you agree to the collection and processing of this Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Access to Data

Access to Data is restricted to Omex’s developers and operators, and only within the scope required for:
  • Development of new features
  • Testing and debugging
  • Implementation of updates and improvements
Data is never sold, shared, or provided to third parties, except where required by law or a Terms of Service agreement. You may view the Data we store about you by submitting a data request in our support Discord: Discord.gg/Omex.

Storage of Data

All Data is stored securely in a database protected from public access. While Omex employs reasonable measures to protect Data, no system is completely immune to breaches. Omex and its operators assume no liability for unintentional or malicious access to Data. In the event of unauthorized Data access, users will be notified via the Discord client.

User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your Data:
  • Access: You can request to view all Data collected from your Discord account.
  • Deletion: You can request removal of all Data associated with your account.

Underage Users

Omex is not permitted for use by individuals under the age of 13, or under the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. No Data will knowingly be collected from underage users. If a user is discovered to be underage, Omex will take all necessary actions to delete their stored Data.
